- Salary appraisal with members of OFR/S and Seko
When it comes to the collective negotiations with OFR/S and Seko, you as a manager will be involved in the following.
Your HR function will inform you when it is time to start the preparations.
Let your HR function know about how you have reasoned about your salary proposals.
The employee organisations' demands are based on the salary proposals that you as a manager have entered for your employees in Primula's salary revision module.
The demands must be received by the organisation in good time before the negotiation.
Managers are expected to participate in the negotiations together with an appointed representative from the organisation's HR function.
Contact your organisation's HR function to discuss who will represent the employer in the negotiations.
When the salary review is completed, you as a manager must inform the employee of his or her new salary.
You need to be able to explain both favourable and less favourable salary development. This is important so that the link between work performance and salary development has an impact and is clear to the employee.
